All positions at Alpha Supported Living Services require a current Washington State Driver license, a good driving record for the past three years, ability to obtain First Aid and Adult CPR certification, and Background Authorization clearance from DSHS.  Experience working with adults with developmental disabilities is desired.  Instruction and Support Staff (direct care staff) is the most frequent position we have available.
